Job Duties
- Greets and seats all guests in a friendly manner
- assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the dining area
- ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments
- opens doors for arriving and departing guests
- remains visible in the front of house and facing the main entrance
- occasionally delivers food and drinks to guests
- interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat environment
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- participates in clearing and resetting dining tables using team delivery methods
- observes guests and anticipates needs
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices
- drives sales with suggestive selling
- accommodates special guest needs such as booster chairs and high chairs
- manages the waitlist when the restaurant is full
- may serve guests in Carside To-Go or Server Assist roles
- fills out feature documentation
- assists in general Front of House maintenance
