Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
  • Manage guest seating and coordinate table assignments
  • Assist with reservations and guest inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Provide information about menu items and restaurant policies to guests
  • Resolve conflicts or customer concerns promptly and professionally
