Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Manage guest seating and coordinate table assignments

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide information about menu items and restaurant policies to guests
- Resolve conflicts or customer concerns promptly and professionally
