Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
- must have excellent communication skills
- must have previous guest service experience

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times
- monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept
- maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries
- assist with ensuring the cleanliness of all restaurant areas including gaming areas and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist the food and beverage staff as needed
- collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests
- answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner
- maintain the host area fully stocked and clean
- work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- perform other duties as assigned
