Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- capacity to perform fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in following instructions and procedures
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests courteously and seat them efficiently
- answer phone calls and take to-go orders accurately
- manage the waitlist and call-ahead seating effectively
- maintain cleanliness and stock in the host/hostess area
- keep the lobby, menus, and restrooms clean and presentable
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous mobility
