Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
- Answer phone calls handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist with additional front-of-house tasks as needed to support the team
