Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to follow instructions and company policies
- dependable and punctual
- good physical stamina to handle work demands
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- record customer reservations or seating times consistently
- maintain and update seating charts
- properly set up and maintain dining room areas before serving
- assist with stock of silverware for shifts
- advise guests on menus and beverage choices
- oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- liaise between kitchen and floor staff
- perform cashier or bus person duties as needed
- follow cash handling policies and maintain cash security
- patrol assigned stations to refill water and coffee and clean areas
- perform additional team duties including rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and maintaining table condiments
