Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introduce servers
- Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist with managing guest flow and seating arrangements
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
