Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Valid Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- Ability to greet guests warmly and manage seating efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule
- Ability to resolve guest complaints using AIM method
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
- Ability to use computer seating systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival and departure
- Notify guests of wait times and manage the computer seating system
- Lead guests to their tables and distribute menus properly
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant services
- Handle guest complaints using AIM (Apologize, Investigate, Involve Management)
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain a guest-focused attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
