Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Valid Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
  • Ability to greet guests warmly and manage seating efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule
  • Ability to resolve guest complaints using AIM method

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
  • Ability to use computer seating systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Motivated to provide exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival and departure
  • Notify guests of wait times and manage the computer seating system
  • Lead guests to their tables and distribute menus properly
  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant services
  • Handle guest complaints using AIM (Apologize, Investigate, Involve Management)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • Maintain a guest-focused attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
