Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Notify guests of wait times and enter their names into the computer seating system
  • Operate the computer seating system efficiently
  • Lead guests to their tables, seat them, and distribute menus correctly
  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
  • Address difficult situations and guest complaints using the AIM method (Apologize, Investigate, involve Management)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
