Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive dining experience
- Notify guests of wait times and enter their names into the computer seating system
- Operate the computer seating system efficiently
- Lead guests to their tables, seat them, and distribute menus correctly
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
- Address difficult situations and guest complaints using the AIM method (Apologize, Investigate, involve Management)
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
