Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Possession of a food handlers card valid in states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia
- Ability to greet and interact with guests enthusiastically
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Capability to manage computerized seating and waitlist systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Notify guests of wait times and manage the computer seating system
- Lead guests to their tables following proper seating protocols
- Distribute menus and offer final welcome words
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
- Address guest complaints through appropriate procedures involving management
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
