Job Requirements

  • High school education preferred
  • Possession of a food handlers card valid in states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia
  • Ability to greet and interact with guests enthusiastically
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Capability to manage computerized seating and waitlist systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Notify guests of wait times and manage the computer seating system
  • Lead guests to their tables following proper seating protocols
  • Distribute menus and offer final welcome words
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
  • Address guest complaints through appropriate procedures involving management
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
