Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar host or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using reservation management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage reservations using OpenTable or similar software
- Knowledge of service etiquette
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and escort members and their guests to tables
- Answer the telephone and take reservations per The Gallery | The Fresco standards and procedures
- Maintain and manage OpenTable reservations and floor plans
- Monitor reservation timing, events, and conflicts
- Implement and enforce the house rules on attire, cell phone usage, and business meetings
- Direct calls to appropriate departments when necessary
- Follow service rules of etiquette
- Assist members, guests, and co-workers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain communication between members, guests, management, and employees
- Assist in training newly hired employees
- Stay knowledgeable about club amenities and daily events
