Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- proficient with phone systems and reservation software
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with reservation systems such as Open Table
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Take thorough reservations using Open Table
- answer the phones and relay efficient messages
- greet guests with utmost hospitality, lead them to tables, pull out chairs, and provide menus after seating
- ensure menus are clean and current
- smile, be professional and friendly
- acknowledge guests as they leave the property
- act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- operate cash register as necessary
- attend required trainings and meetings
- deliver exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service
