Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • proficient with phone systems and reservation software
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Take thorough reservations using Open Table
  • answer the phones and relay efficient messages
  • greet guests with utmost hospitality, lead them to tables, pull out chairs, and provide menus after seating
  • ensure menus are clean and current
  • smile, be professional and friendly
  • acknowledge guests as they leave the property
  • act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
  • operate cash register as necessary
  • attend required trainings and meetings
  • deliver exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service
