Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use reservation systems such as Open Table
- ability to manage guest seating and dining room flow
- basic cash handling skills
- availability to attend training sessions and meetings
- positive and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a supervisory or lead role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- proficiency in using electronic reservation systems
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to perform guest relations duties with professionalism
- knowledge of dining room operations
- strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
Job Duties
- take thorough reservations using Open Table
- answer the phones and relay efficient messages
- greet guests with the utmost hospitality and lead them to tables
- pull out chairs and provide menus after guests are seated
- ensure menus are clean and current
- smile and maintain professionalism and friendliness
- acknowledge guests as they leave the property
- act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- operate cash register as needed
- attend required trainings and meetings
- deliver an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
