Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to use reservation systems such as Open Table
  • ability to manage guest seating and dining room flow
  • basic cash handling skills
  • availability to attend training sessions and meetings
  • positive and professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in a supervisory or lead role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • proficiency in using electronic reservation systems
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to perform guest relations duties with professionalism
  • knowledge of dining room operations
  • strong leadership and team coordination capabilities

Job Duties

  • take thorough reservations using Open Table
  • answer the phones and relay efficient messages
  • greet guests with the utmost hospitality and lead them to tables
  • pull out chairs and provide menus after guests are seated
  • ensure menus are clean and current
  • smile and maintain professionalism and friendliness
  • acknowledge guests as they leave the property
  • act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
  • operate cash register as needed
  • attend required trainings and meetings
  • deliver an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
