Job Duties

  • Take thorough reservations using Open Table
  • Answer phones and relay efficient messages
  • Greet guests with utmost hospitality, lead them to tables, pull out chairs, and provide menus
  • Ensure menus are clean and current
  • Maintain a professional, friendly smile
  • Acknowledge guests as they leave
  • Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
  • Operate cash register as needed
  • Attend required trainings and meetings
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and food service experience to guests
