Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality settings
- proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or dining environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- knowledge of reservation systems such as Open Table
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor at all times
- basic cash handling skills
- willingness to attend training and development sessions
Job Duties
- takes thorough reservations using open table
- answers the phones and relays efficient messages
- greets guests with the upmost hospitality and leads them to tables
- pulls out chairs and provides menus after everyone is seated
- makes sure that menus are clean and current
- smiles, is professional and friendly
- acknowledges guests as they leave the property
- acts as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- may operate cash register
- attends required trainings and meetings
- delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
