Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proficiency with reservation systems like Open Table
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant supervisory roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation management systems, especially Open Table
- Ability to remain professional and friendly under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Takes thorough reservations using Open Table
- Answers the phones and relays efficient messages
- Greets guests with the upmost hospitality, leads them to tables, pulls out chairs, and provides menus after everyone is seated
- Makes sure that menus are clean and current
- Smiles, is professional and friendly
- Acknowledges guests as they leave the property
- Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- May operate cash register
- Attends required trainings and meetings
- Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
