Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Proficiency with reservation systems like Open Table
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant supervisory roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems, especially Open Table
  • Ability to remain professional and friendly under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating between kitchen and dining room staff
  • Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Takes thorough reservations using Open Table
  • Answers the phones and relays efficient messages
  • Greets guests with the upmost hospitality, leads them to tables, pulls out chairs, and provides menus after everyone is seated
  • Makes sure that menus are clean and current
  • Smiles, is professional and friendly
  • Acknowledges guests as they leave the property
  • Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
  • May operate cash register
  • Attends required trainings and meetings
  • Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
