Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory or customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Open Table
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a dining area and coordinate between kitchen and dining room
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Take thorough reservations using Open Table
- Answer the phones and relay efficient messages
- Greet guests with the utmost hospitality, lead them to tables, pull out chairs, and provide menus after everyone is seated
- Make sure that menus are clean and current
- Smile, be professional and friendly
- Acknowledge guests as they leave the property
- Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- May operate cash register
- Attend required trainings and meetings
- Deliver an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
