Job Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environment
- Experience using Open Table or similar reservation systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within the food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage reservations and guest seating efficiently
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices
- Familiarity with operating reservation systems like Open Table
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Team leadership and coordination skills
Job Duties
- Takes thorough reservations using Open Table
- Answers the phones and relays efficient messages
- Greets guests with the upmost hospitality, leads them to tables, pulls out chairs, and provides menus after everyone is seated
- Makes sure that menus are clean and current
- Smiles, is professional and friendly
- Acknowledges guests as they leave the property
- Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- May operate cash register
- Attends required trainings and meetings
- Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
