Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- proficiency in using reservation software
- strong telephone etiquette
- ability to enforce club policies and standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to maintaining high service standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of reservation management systems such as OpenTable
- ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with service etiquette and hospitality standards
- experience in restaurant or club hosting roles preferred
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greets and escorts members and their guests to tables
- answers the telephone and takes reservations per The Gallery | The Fresco Standards and Procedures
- maintains a courteous and efficient presence at the door to provide an elegant dining experience
- manages OpenTable reservations and floor plan
- monitors reservation conflicts, timing, and events
- enforces House Rules on attire, cell phone usage, and business meetings
- directs calls to appropriate departments
- follows service etiquette rules
- assists members, guests, and co-workers in a friendly and courteous manner
