Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to manage waitlist and guest expectations

Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented high-volume fast-paced guest-centric environment
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and make every single guest feel welcome at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
