Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a restaurant host or in customer service
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety at the host station and entrance area
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
  • Provide information about menu and restaurant policies to guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience from arrival to seating
