Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a restaurant host or in customer service
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the host station and entrance area
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
- Provide information about menu and restaurant policies to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience from arrival to seating
