Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
  • Record customer reservations and manage seating charts
  • Maintain clean and organized dining room areas
  • Assist with cash handling and cashier duties
  • Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Patrol assigned station and replenish water and coffee
  • Perform additional tasks such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, dishwashing, and preparing to-go orders
