Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to wipe down tables and pick up debris
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets repeatedly
- Ability to stand and move fast-paced for up to four hours
- Good sense of balance and ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel
- Ability to lift pans and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to hear and speak clearly
- Ability to carry objects up to 15 pounds multiple times
- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to follow manager instructions and act professionally

Job Duties
- Greet and seat all guests in a friendly manner
- Assist in maintaining overall guest flow
- Ensure seating service is rotated among server areas
- Open doors for arriving and departing guests
- Remain visible and forward facing in front of house
- Occasionally deliver food and drinks to guests when needed
- Interact verbally with guests to create a friendly and upbeat environment
- Complete assigned opening and closing side work
- Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables
- Observe guests and anticipate their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Explain and demonstrate usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices
- Drive sales with suggestive selling
- Accommodate special needs of guests such as booster and high chairs
- Manage waitlist when restaurant is busy
- Occasionally serve guests in Carside To-Go or Server roles
- Fill out feature tickets
- Assist in front of house maintenance including cleaning restrooms, dusting, washing windows, trash removal, rolling silverware, and maintaining restaurant curb appeal
