Job Requirements

  • High School education preferred
  • Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • Ability to operate computer seating systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
  • Notify guests of wait times and manage waitlist using computer seating system
  • Issue pagers to guests when necessary
  • Lead guests to their tables and distribute menus with proper seating etiquette
  • Answer phones and respond to questions about menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
  • Address guest complaints diplomatically using AIM (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management) method
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure a smooth dining experience
