Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience required
- Must be able to work full time with open availability
- Able to handle customer service situations professionally
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods
- Must comply with company policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or related customer service roles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexibility and patience in handling diverse guest needs
- Ability to maintain sensitivity and confidentiality
- Experience with reservation management systems, preferably SevenRooms
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and ensure all guests feel valued, acknowledged, and welcomed
- Review guest reservations and notes to ensure accuracy, and maximize the reservation book through SevenRooms
- Observe the dining room and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables
- Engage with guests throughout their visit, including assisting with belongings and ensuring a positive departure experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area, menus, and restrooms throughout the shift
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements
- Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates
