Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Provide guests with a fresh dining experience that celebrates living well
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and welcome guests at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
