Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- No prior specific education required but high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Basic food safety knowledge is a plus

Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality by welcoming guests at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely manner
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations accurately
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
