Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • No prior specific education required but high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Basic food safety knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

  • Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality by welcoming guests at the door
  • Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely manner
  • Introduce guests to their server
  • Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations accurately
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
