  • Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to operate computer seating systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Notify guests of wait times and manage the computer seating system
  • Lead guests to their tables, distribute menus, and offer final words
  • Answer the phone and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant
  • Address difficult situations and guest complaints using AIM - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Prepare thoroughly and maintain a guest-focused, multitasking approach
