Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic proficiency with reservation management software like OpenTable
- strong organizational skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
- ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

- reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- assist with reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
- seat guests and communicate with the service team to maintain smooth flow of service
- answer phones and assist with inquiries, reservations, and takeout orders
- keep the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas clean and organized
- support opening and closing procedures
- complete additional tasks as assigned by management
