- strong customer service orientation
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to follow instructions and maintain uniform standards
- basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and nametag
- greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner
- be attentive to guests' needs and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience
- assist the cashier in collecting payments from guests and servers as needed
- prepare cashier reports at the end of shifts
- pay out servers’ and service attendants’ tips if appropriate
- take reservations properly for outlets
