Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers
- Adherence to drug-free workplace policies
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately and securely

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and appropriate greeting following customer service standards
- Record customer reservations or seating times accurately
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Set up and maintain dining room areas before service
- Assist with stocking roll up silverware for shifts
- Seat guests and advise on menus and beverage choices
- Oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform cashier and bus person duties as needed including cash handling
- Patrol assigned station refilling water and coffee and removing service items
- Assist with cleaning, rolling silverware, expediting orders, and preparing to-go food
- Follow cash handling policies and maintain security of cash at all times
