Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle guest interactions with patience and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
  • Ability to use computer seating systems effectively
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
  • Manage wait times by informing guests and entering their names into the computer seating system
  • Issue pagers to waiting guests
  • Lead guests to their tables, distribute menus, and ensure a smooth seating process
  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
  • Address guest complaints and difficult situations using the AIM (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management) process
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to provide excellent guest service
