Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle guest interactions with patience and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
- Ability to use computer seating systems effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- Manage wait times by informing guests and entering their names into the computer seating system
- Issue pagers to waiting guests
- Lead guests to their tables, distribute menus, and ensure a smooth seating process
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
- Address guest complaints and difficult situations using the AIM (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management) process
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to provide excellent guest service
