Job Requirements
- 16+ years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to wipe down tables and pick up debris
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift and bus pans and trays frequently weighing 25 pounds
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to carry objects such as high chairs up to 15 pounds
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Greets and seats all guests in a friendly manner
- Assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments
- Opens doors for arriving and departing guests
- Remains visible in the front of house and faces the main entrance
- Occasionally delivers food and drinks to guests when extra assistance is needed
- Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Completes assigned opening and closing side work
- Participates in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables using team delivery
- Observes guests, responds to requests, and anticipates guests' needs
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- Drives sales with suggestive selling
- Accommodates special needs of guests such as booster chairs and high chairs
- Manages the waitlist when the restaurant is busy
- May serve guests in Carside To-Go or Server roles occasionally
- Assists in front of house maintenance including cleaning restrooms, dusting, washing windows, sanitizing, setting up the expo line, emptying trash, rolling silverware, and maintaining curb appeal
