Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
- Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during high volume periods
- Introduce servers to guests to ensure smooth service transitions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of guest touchpoints regularly
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Set accurate guest expectations regarding wait times and seating
- Assist in coordinating guest flow to maximize seating capacity
