Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party
  • Show guests to clean and available tables
  • Remove and arrange chairs as needed
  • Place clean and updated menus at each seat
  • Assist guests through dining areas
  • Move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils
  • Ensure appropriate utensils and napkins are available for each guest
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Adhere to company security policies
  • Communicate professionally with guests and team members
  • Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Comply with quality expectations and standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
