Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Show guests to clean and available tables
- Remove and arrange chairs as needed
- Place clean and updated menus at each seat
- Assist guests through dining areas
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils
- Ensure appropriate utensils and napkins are available for each guest
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Adhere to company security policies
- Communicate professionally with guests and team members
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Comply with quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
