- Food Handlers Certification
- TABC if 18 years old within 30 days of hire will provide
- English language skills with clear verbal communication
- Ability to stand for long periods walk climb stairs balance stoop kneel crouch bend stretch and twist or reach
- Ability to push pull or lift up to 40 lbs
- Work in a fast paced and noisy environment
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Employment verification through E-Verify

Job Duties
- Provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
- Distribute menus
- Fill glasses with ice water while guests review menu choices
- Answer menu questions
- Remove soiled dishes
- Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
