Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school education preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- Ability to use computer seating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Notify guests of wait times and manage the seating waitlist
- Operate the computer seating system efficiently
- Lead guests to their tables and distribute menus
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant
- Handle difficult situations and guest complaints using AIM (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management)
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
