Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- demonstrate genuine hospitality by making every guest feel welcome at the door
- engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely fashion
- introduce guests to their server
- manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
