Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of related serving experience
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by law
- Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Capability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts as required
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality
- Build the perfect oasis by delivering exceptional service and providing detailed knowledge of all food and beverage menus including telephone etiquette
- Support your crew by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Monitor and stock restroom supplies and maintain restroom cleanliness
- Perform other duties as required to support the business
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety standards in food handling and service
