Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Food Handlers Card for applicable states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
- Ability to greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Capacity to handle guest inquiries and complaints appropriately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive dining experience
- Notify guests of wait times and enter their names into the seating system while issuing pagers
- Operate computer seating system efficiently to manage guest flow
- Lead guests to their tables, seat them properly, and distribute menus with professionalism
- Answer phone calls regarding menu, reservations, and restaurant information
- Address difficult situations and guest complaints using the AIM process
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
