Job Duties
- Be the face of Nick and Jake's providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests as they arrive
- Efficiently manage table reservations accurately record guest information and coordinate seating arrangements
- Maintain a smooth and organized seating process by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff
- Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance as required offer recommendations and communicate specials
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously including answering phone calls managing walk-in guests and handling inquiries
- Act as a reliable point of contact for guest concerns listen empathize and work collaboratively to resolve issues
- Foster a positive work environment by collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service and outstanding guest experiences
