Job Duties

  • Be the face of Nick and Jake's providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests as they arrive
  • Efficiently manage table reservations accurately record guest information and coordinate seating arrangements
  • Maintain a smooth and organized seating process by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance as required offer recommendations and communicate specials
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously including answering phone calls managing walk-in guests and handling inquiries
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for guest concerns listen empathize and work collaboratively to resolve issues
