Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Possession of a valid Food Handlers Card in applicable states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to work well in a team environment
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school education preferred
  • Ability to operate computer seating systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Guest-focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Food Handlers Card valid in applicable states

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and a warm smile upon arrival
  • Notify guests of wait times and manage the computer seating system to assign tables
  • Issue pagers to guests waiting for a table
  • Escort guests to their tables, seat them properly, and distribute menus
  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant services
  • Address guest complaints professionally using the AIM (Apologize, Investigate, Involve Management) approach
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
