Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Possession of a valid Food Handlers Card in applicable states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to work well in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school education preferred
- Ability to operate computer seating systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not required
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Food Handlers Card valid in applicable states
Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and a warm smile upon arrival
- Notify guests of wait times and manage the computer seating system to assign tables
- Issue pagers to guests waiting for a table
- Escort guests to their tables, seat them properly, and distribute menus
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant services
- Address guest complaints professionally using the AIM (Apologize, Investigate, Involve Management) approach
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
