Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year's experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or ged required
- proficiency in pos systems
- current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- ability to verbally communicate in spanish with the crew
- availability to work evenings holidays weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- strong communication skills with guests
- able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
