Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year’s experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • welcome guests and create memorable first impressions
  • manage guest seating and reservations efficiently

  • use POS systems to manage guest flow
  • support team leadership and positive conflict resolution
