Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year's experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food safety certifications
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
