Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions and policies
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
- Must comply with cash handling and security procedures
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks and assist team members

Job Duties
- Maintain consistent attention to the entrance and welcome all guests with a smile and greeting
- Record customer reservations or seating times accurately
- Update and manage restaurant seating charts
- Set up and maintain dining room areas before service
- Assist with stocking roll-up silverware for incoming shifts
- Seat guests and advise on menus and beverage choices
- Oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure service standards
- Perform cashier and bus person duties as needed
- Follow cash handling policies and maintain security
- Patrol assigned station refilling beverages and clearing tables
- Perform other duties such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, washing dishes, and cleaning condiment stations
