Job Requirements

  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and event days
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • must follow Levy's Responsible Alcohol Service policies
  • comfort using POS/reservation systems
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • strong communication skills

  • ability to follow venue guidelines
  • knowledge of customer service principles
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with responsible alcohol service policies

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • operate reservation and table management system
  • maintain knowledge of the floor plan, server sections, and daily specials
  • accommodate special requests such as high chairs and coats
  • communicate guest feedback to management and support waitstaff
  • escort guests and assist with menu distribution and cleanliness
  • support service team by clearing tables and removing glassware as needed
