Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant serving or hosting role preferred
  • Positive attitude and passion for customer service
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and manage the waitlist effectively
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely guest service
  • Manage reservation schedules and accommodate special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • Support team members during peak hours to enhance overall guest experience
