Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- Engage guests in friendly conversation while seating them promptly
- Introduce guests to their assigned servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Express sincere thanks to guests upon departure and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points throughout the restaurant
- Support team members to ensure smooth and guest-centric service delivery
