Job Requirements
- 16 plus years old
- friendly and engaging demeanor
- prior work experience preferred
- reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required
- bi-lingual experience a plus

Job Duties
- Greets and seats all guests in a friendly manner
- assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments
- opens doors for arriving and departing guests
- remains visible in the front of house and faces the main entrance
- occasionally delivers food and drinks to guests when extra assistance is needed
- interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- participates in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables using team delivery methods
- observes guests, responds to requests, and anticipates guests' needs
- maintains a clean and organized work environment
- explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- drives sales with suggestive selling
- accommodates special needs such as booster chairs, high chairs, and wheelchairs
- manages the waitlist during busy periods
- may serve guests in Carside To-Go or Server To-Go roles occasionally
- fills out feature forms
- assists in general front of house maintenance including restroom upkeep, light cleaning, washing windows, sani-bucket rotation, setting up expo line, emptying trash, rolling silverware, and maintaining curb appeal
